 in the event you need to return products to macbook-case.com, please following the procedures:
1. email us (mac@macbookcase.com) to get rma number. returns made without rma number will be refused.
2. macbook-case.com only refunds the original purchase price of the product. original shipping(If you paid special shipping cost, you should pay original shipping cost) and handling charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.
3. all products must be returned in original packaging means the plastic wrap that covers the case, not the bubble wrap. all products must be in the same condition as customer received them. if you peel off the original plastic wrap, macbookcase.com will deduct $5 from the original cost of the products. the products must be in re-sellable condition in order to receive a refund.
4. we do not accept returns after 30 days.
important notice: if you peel off the original plastic warp that covers the product (not the bubble wrap), it may cause damages or scratches on the product. we will deduct $5 from the original cost when we refund you so please do not take off the original wrap if you want to return the product.
